probably had 20-25 massages in the past, typically to relieve tension in my back that flares up from the combination of driving
a ton and lingering sports injuries. I went to Rick earlier this week on the recommendation of a friend and it was EASILY
the best massage I've ever gotten and without a doubt I'll be returning to Rick i...n the future.
Rick's techniques differ significantly from other
massages I've received in that he really seemed to hone in on the nerves and areas that were bothering me. It wasn't just
a fluffy "hope you got to relax for an hour and enjoyed listening to the crickets-chirping" massage. Kind of hard
to explain the difference, but I'd definitely recommend you give Rick a try.

I don't know how many years I have gone to Rick, but I follow him
everywhere he goes! I have muscle knots covered in scar tissue all over my back that lead to severe tension headaches. I have
gone to numerous places for massage. I have tried some of the most expensive places in the Indianapolis area assuming that

to work on me. I was disappointed time after time. I saw an ad for Rick who talked about therapeutic massage and it's benefits
so I decided to give it a shot. Best decision I have ever made . . . no more "foofy" crap for this girl. At the
other places, I was paying for the rent and decorations. With Rick, I am paying for true expertise and understanding for my
needs. The best part is that I also get pampered in the process. The room temperature is always perfect; the table warmer
is divine. He pays attention to every detail from the candles to the music. The icing on the cake for me is when my feet and
neck get wrapped in hot towels at the end of the massage and I am allowed to relax for a few minutes before I have to get
up. It is hard to put into words how wonderful it is to be able to go for months without pain. I can't believe how lucky I
am to have found someone who can relieve my pain, yet still allow me to have the "spa" experience.

I've been using Rick (aka Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork LLC) for
about six years now for my chronic back problems and I cannot say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him, not
only for his work but also because he listens to how you're feeling that particular day and will adapt the session to address
any issues (i.e. my hip hurts today, my left shoulder is locked up, or I've got a tension headache).

After discovering
that the muscle relaxers prescribed by my doctor didn't work to alleviate the pain in my neck and back, a friend of mine strongly
suggested I contact Rick for a massage. When the pain became intolerable, I decided to give Rick a try. WOW! I was amazed
what just one treatment did for me. I am no longer taking the muscle relaxers or pain killers, instead I am going to Rick

Rick's therapeutic massage technique is the perfect combination of technical skills and the art of
bodywork! He quickly finds tension spots and works them out subtly while creating an overall feeling of well-being with a
relaxing full body massage. The tension headaches and muscle tightness I was experiencing are gone, and so are the frequent
visits to my chiropractor. I have enjoyed massages in well-publicized resorts and spas, but Rick stands out above all of the

I Love This Place, I have been having massgaes for many years, but I have
to say that Rick at is my all-time favorite. My job makes me sit in a convoluted posistion all day and my neck and back kill

He has great technique, along with an almost supernatural ability to locate and work the kinks out of those bothersome tight

What is so awesome
about Ricks work is I never have to tell him how much pressure to use. He is so in tune with the body and has a passion for
just fixing things. Most the time I do not even have to say much of my pain, he will find it.
